Staff

Rheanna Abbott is a nonprofit administrator and artist who has honed her skills in program design, execution, and evaluation over the past 12 years. She holds her Masters degree in Non-Profit Administration from Baruch College, where she was nominated for the Marlow Prize in Arts Leadership for her consultancy thesis. She has presented findings from research-based programs at several national and international conferences, and is an alumn of the Community Arts Education Leadership Institute. Rheanna is also an Adjunct Professor at IE University where she teaches courses on developing soft skills for business through the arts. She lives in Madrid, Spain.

Board of Directors

Nadia Igram is an attorney and doula who has been active in the nonprofit world for several years, including serving on various nonprofit boards, with a focus on legal aids, community based organizations, and doula services organizations.  She runs both her own law practice and doula practice.  Nadia received her BA in International Studies, Political Science, and Italian from the University of Iowa and a JD from Wayne State University in Detroit.  She holds licenses to practice law in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.

Ayat Elnoory is a Talent & Culture leader who has spent her career working within mission-driven organizations, bridging the gap between social impact innovation, organizational design philosophy, and strategic people planning. She finds joy in consulting for small, community based nonprofits as well as large, global multinationals to bring to life their commitment to human-centered workplaces and compassionate leadership policies and practices. Ayat brings to TCIF an interest in advancing local, individual, and communal philanthropy for sustainability and continuity. She is pleased to serve as one of the founding board members of the American Muslim Community Foundation and Egypt Relief & Aid.

Zakaria Shaikh has over 15 years experience as a startup entrepreneur, venture capital investor, and for- and non-profit board member. His expertise is growth, operations, investor relations and strategic partnerships. Zakaria received an MPH from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business where he was a Dean’s Fellow.
